頭灣道2號步雲軒，現址3幢4層高的住宅，發展商去年曾向城規會申請放寬地積比率以增建1幢物業，作會所之用，但申請不了了之。近日發展商再入申請，新方案建議增建的第4座住宅總樓面約5,357方呎，較舊方案8,929方呎樓面減少四成，新增樓面並改為住宅用途，假設平均單位面積431方呎，新增樓面料可提供9個單位。

再有財團趕搭活化工廈尾班車，荃灣沙咀道60至62號環球實業大廈，向城規會申請全幢12層高工廈改裝作食肆、商店及服務行業及辦公室，涉及樓面約12萬方呎，預計2019年落成。
