　香港文匯報訊　(記者顏倫樂) 賣地成績理想帶動豪宅售價。美聯助理區域經理尹偉光表示，今日截標的赤柱村道60號Carmelia共接獲5份入標，反應理想。由於有個別入標出價相若，故業主將進行次輪出價，再善價而沽。Carmelia屬同區罕有低密度洋房，並由4間的半獨立屋組成，是次推出的單號洋房面積約5,200呎，連約1,890呎花園。消息指，業主意向價逾2.4億元，折合呎價逾4.6萬元。
