香港文匯報訊美聯商業甘廣然表示，該行獲委託代理觀塘敬業街49號建生商業中心高層一籃子單位放租。單位分別位於17樓至29樓，單位面積由719至6,309平方呎不等，放盤由中小型單位至全層單位不等，戶型多元化，月租約1.58萬元至17萬元不等，折算呎租約21至27元不等。上述放盤由同一業主持有，單位內設假天花、燈盤、獨立冷氣系統及高架地台等設備，部分單位享開揚海景。

觀塘建生商業中心位於觀塘敬業街49號，為新地發展項目，據美聯商業資料顯示，現時建生商業中心租盤由23元起；而鄰近的指標商廈之一的宏基資本大廈今年亦未錄租賃成交，去年底成交單位平均呎租約25元。
