世紀21奇豐-廖振雄董事表示，新近錄得西貢逸瓏海匯第3座高層E室，實用面積424平方呎，屬1房連儲物室間隔，座向東北望池景，原叫價$450萬，終以$407.88萬成交，減幅9.4%，實用面積平均呎價$9,620，屬市價水平。

廖振雄指出，原業主於2018年5月以$514萬購入上址，持貨7年至今易手，賬面虧蝕$106.1萬，單位期內跌21%。
