世紀21奇豐物業西貢區營業董事廖振雄表示，新近錄得西貢竹洋路柏寧頓花園單號屋別墅成交，實用面積1,212平方呎，建築面積1,851平方呎，3房連套房及工人房間隔，花園412平方呎，單位原叫價$1,800萬，終以$1,650萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$13,614，屬市價水平。

據了解，原業主於2007年11月購入上址，當時作價$1,120萬，持貨18年至今將物業轉售，賬面獲利$530萬，單位期內升值47%。
