世紀21奇豐物業西貢區營業董事廖振雄表示，新近錄得西貢碧翠苑的一宗成交，單位為第2座A室，實用面積1,147平方呎，屬3房套2廳連儲物室間隔，望內園池景，連天台約1,169平方呎，以$1,358萬連雙車位沽出，實用面積呎價$11,840，屬市價水平。
廖振雄指出，原業主於2022年2月購入上址，當時作價$1,528萬，持貨2年至今將單位轉售，賬面虧損$170萬，物業期內跌價約11%。
