世紀21奇豐物業西貢區營業董事廖振雄表示，新近錄得西貢竹洋路悅濤軒單號屋全幢成交，物業建築面積2,100平方呎，4房連雙套房間隔，望山景，連天台約700平方呎，獲外區買家以$2,238萬承接，建築面積平均呎價$10,657，低市價約8%。

據了解，外籍原業主於2015年12月以$2,200萬購入上址，持貨逾6年至今沽售，賬面獲利$38萬，物業期內升值2%。
