世紀21奇豐物業西貢區營業董事廖振雄表示，新近錄得西貢大網仔早禾居A段單號別墅成交，實用面積4,006平方呎，享海景，連花園約10,410平方呎，單位叫價$9,800萬，減價$1,000萬，獲買家以$8,800萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$21,967。
廖振雄指，原業主於2007年11月購入上址，當時作價$6,800萬，持貨約17年至今將單位轉售，賬面獲利$2,000萬離場，物業期內升值29%。
