中原豪宅西半山蘇豪分行分區經理梁紹雄表示，分行促成成交單位為西半山豫苑2座低層E室，實用面積587平方呎，建築面積704平方呎，2房間隔，向西南，望城市景，業主以$1,060萬易主，實用面積平均呎價$18,058。

中原梁紹雄指，原業主於2009年10月以$460萬買入單位，持貨13年，帳面獲利$600萬，單位升值130%。
