美聯物業西半山威勝分行助理區域經理黎啟康表示，該行剛促成西半山堅道嘉年華閣一個630實呎戶成交，剛促成的為低層A室單位，實用面積約為630平方呎，由於物業位處傳統豪宅地段，原業主開價約$1,030萬，並獲同區用家垂青，議價後減至約$928萬成交，減價逾$100萬，而折合實用呎價約為$14,730。
原業主於2009年5月份以約$388萬購入上述物業，是次轉手帳面獲利約$540萬，物業升值約139%。
