美聯物業葵涌廣場分行市務經理陳偉健表示，成交單位為葵涌新葵芳花園E座高層7室，實用面積415平方呎，建築面積526平方呎，2房單位。單位最初叫價$635萬，放盤約2星期，買家為上車客，見單位企理間隔實用，微議$6萬，終以$629萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$15,157，建築面積平均呎價約為$11,958。

據了解，原業主於2010年以$220萬購入物業，持貨逾12年，賬面獲利約$409萬，期內物業升值逾1.9倍。
