葵涌工廈申放寬密度活化重建

(記者顏倫樂) 財團持有的葵涌藍田街2至16號葵涌聯發工業第一大廈及嘉宏物流中心，向城規會申請放寬地積比率及建築物高度限制，項目地盤面積約2萬方呎，計劃以12.342倍作發展，擬重建成1幢23層（包括2層地庫）的數據中心大廈，樓面涉約24.68萬方呎。申請人指，項目方案是回應數據中心發展政策，以促進創新及科技發展，而發展數據中心亦完全符合項目所位處的「其他指定用途」註明「商貿」的規劃意向。
