葵涌工廈申放寬密度活化重建

(記者 顏倫樂) 財團持有的葵涌藍田街2至16號葵涌聯發工業第一大廈及嘉宏物流中心,向城規會申請放寬地積比率及建築物高度限制,項目地盤面積約2萬方呎,計劃以12.342倍作發展,擬重建成1幢23層(包括2層地庫)的數據中心大廈,樓面涉約24.68萬方呎。申請人指,項目方案是回應數據中心發展政策,以促進創新及科技發展,而發展數據中心亦完全符合項目所位處的「其他指定用途」註明「商貿」的規劃意向。
