葵星中心逾2萬呎盤放售

游院玲表示，該行獲業主委託出售葵涌青山公路葵涌段葵星中心2樓相關事宜。物業面積約2.1萬平方呎，連約3.5萬平方呎的入契平台，現時以約9,800萬元連租約放售，折合呎價4,667元。

游氏續指，上址由復康中心於2011年9月開始承租，目前租金約27萬元，租期至2021年9月，租金回報約3.6厘。物業有約5.6萬方呎總樓面，容納逾190個床位，可塑性極高。與此同時，區內享有如此大面積的買賣盤源可謂絕無僅有，相信對不少實力投資者而言有一定吸引力。

德福大廈呎租26.5元

另外，美聯商業營業董事黃璜表示，該行日前促成九龍灣宏開道德福大廈低層03室的租賃成交。單位面積約1,273方呎，以約3.3萬元租出，成交呎租約26.5元。
