下西半山「大學閣」獲批契約修訂補地價2.8019億元，地盤為住宅(丙類)用途，按照涉及的住宅樓面153,075方呎計算，即每呎補地價約1,830元。

此外，資本策略山頂白加道47號亦獲批契約修訂補地價1.0321億元，地盤用途亦為住宅(丙類)，涉及樓面4,230方呎，每呎補地價為24,400元。

其餘較大額的補地價獲批項目，包括觀塘開源道62號第1座地下A2工場，批出契約修訂補地價1.363億元。此外南豐投得的港鐵將軍澳日出康城6期，亦獲地政總署以私人協約方式批地，補地價33.4544億元。羅氏集團旗下長沙灣長順街15號利來中心，已簽立的特別豁免書個案，獲批全幢改裝，用途包括食肆、教育機構、迷你倉、商店及服務行業等等。
