荃灣荃錦中心2房$620萬獲承接 物業升值5.2倍

美聯物業荃灣南豐中心分行區域經理蘇賽琼表示,該行剛促成荃灣荃錦中心1座低層D室,實用面積438平方呎,建築面積583平方呎,2房單位,面向正南,間隔方正實用,交通方便。據悉,買家心儀單位坐向及間隔,決定購入單位自住,原業主見買家具有誠意,易手已有獲利,願意減價$20萬促成交,單位終以$620萬轉手,實用面積平均呎價$14,155,建築面積平均呎價$10,635。

據了解,業主於2003年以$100萬購入,持貨逾20年,賬面獲利$520萬,期内物業升值5.2倍。
