美聯物業 - 鍾家豪經理表示，因港元拆息進一步回落，業主入市成本進一步減少，令荃灣區成交量有所回升，本月暫錄近100宗買賣成交。該行最新錄得一宗新買家斥$429萬購入荃景花園極高層原則兩房單位，實用呎價約$9,885。

上述售出單位為荃景花園1座極高層，實用面積約434平方呎，原則屬2房間隔。鍾家豪表示，原業主以$438萬放租後吸引買家洽詢，新買家於約4年前高位沽出單位後租樓，見近日息口不斷回落及樓價已回落至合理水平，故睇樓後即時與業主議價，最終以$429萬成交，實用呎價約$9,885。

資料顯示，原業主於2018年以$595萬購入單位，持貨7年，帳面虧損約$166萬。
