美聯物業-鍾家豪經理表示，最新該行促成荃灣荃威花園F座高層F室，實用面積為546平方呎，屬2房間隔。據悉，單位放盤近一個月，開價$480萬，而買家為同區分支家庭，見單位高層、向東南，議價後以$452萬承接，實用面積平均呎價約$8,278。

資料顯示，原業主1981年於一手市場以$19.7萬購入單位，持貨44年，帳面獲利$432.3萬，式升值近22倍。
