美聯物業 - 何振榮經理表示，荃灣西近年吸引不少外區客搬入，區內二手交投增多。該行剛促成家庭客以$876.8萬承接荃灣海之戀524實呎戶。

上述成交單位為荃灣海之戀3C座中層A單位，實用面積約524平方呎，屬兩房設計。據悉，單位一個月前以$900萬放售，買家為區內家庭客，鍾情屋苑屬地鐵上蓋，睇樓兩次即決定入市，議價後以$876.8萬承接，實用呎價約$16,733。

資料顯示，原業主於2017年以$827萬購入單位，持貨8年，帳面升值$49.8萬。
