英皇：「天璽」搞「小動作」

　稅賣天璽貨尾，英皇國際執行董事張炳強表示，「天璽」貨尾以補貼買家印花稅促銷，是搞「小動作」，期望樓市氣氛變得熱鬧，英皇不會因此加快售樓，但認為，補貼印花稅能減輕市民首次置業壓力，無疑是好事，但不是新鮮事，不排除日後推售樓盤會考慮類似做法。他指出，英皇於西灣河「港島東18」尚有18個貨尾，將於月底上載售樓書，明年底落成，但暫未有推售日期。

　英皇國際早前購入的銅鑼灣羅素街22-24號全幢物業，現計劃重建成樓高四層零售商舖，總樓面面積8,000呎，料明年底落成，短期內將會招租。
