　香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）英皇國際(0163)昨公布，大股東楊受成持有的英皇鐘錶珠寶(0887)以月租24,900元租用英皇國際持有的灣仔英皇集團中心15樓1505室作自用，面積941呎，相當於呎租約26元，租期由明年1月1日至2013年12月31日止。

　此外，為節省租金及拓展投資物業組合，中國保綠資產(0397)昨公布，以5,250萬元向易寶系統(香港)買入沙田源順圍28號都會廣場19樓1至9號單位及2樓8個私家停車位，計劃保留部分作自用，部分作出租用。

　此物業的19樓中樓7B室正以月租15,200元出租中，租期由今年11月15日至2013年11月14日。
