航天科技中心「摸上摸」升近二成

　香港文匯報訊　觀塘航天科技中心因挾郵輪碼頭概念而深受市場垂青，該廈新近一個低層全層戶錄得「摸上摸」個案，按最新成交價4,871萬元計算，物業3個月內累計升幅近二成。

　中原(工商舖)工商部營業董事李文光表示，涉及單位建築面積10,589方呎，最新成交價4,871萬元，平均呎價4,600元。

　據了解，今番成交單位曾於今年8月獲市場以4,138萬元承接，其後該名買家於一個月內，把單位以摸貨形式售予另一名投資者，作價約4,280萬元。該名投資者承接單位後隨即再推出市場放售，今再由買家承接，上手投資者持貨不足兩個月，帳面獲利近591萬元。按上述情況計算，單位3個月內累計升幅18%。
