　香港文匯報訊　利嘉閣地產陳展文透露，該行日前促成一名外籍人士買入西環士美菲路翰林軒頂層連天台特色單位，建築面積627方呎，天台約450方呎，望全海景觀，成交價825萬元，呎價折合13,158元，呎價創屋苑歷史新高。賣方在97年2月斥資570萬元購入，獲利255萬元或45%。
