羅氏家族破頂呎價沽信德

價成交。先機企業集團公佈,以逾3.2億元購入信德中心西翼15樓一籃子寫字樓物業,擬用作集團在港總部及營業地點,預期明年2月9日或之前完成。交易涉及樓面10,011方呎,呎價達3.2萬元,創信德中心呎價新高。

據土地註冊處資料顯示,物業原登記於前基置業有限公司名下,登記董事包括羅開親、羅敬明、羅敬亭及羅名承等,為大家樂羅氏家族或相關人士。該公司於2011年底以合共1.5億元購入該批物業,迄今轉手,物業賬面升值逾1.1倍。

中心業主轉揸貨等升值

商廈接連獲高價承接,為業主打下強心針,美聯商業蕭惠碧表示,信德中心有業主轉售為守,期待日後善價而沽。涉及信德中心西翼20樓04及05室,早前以招標形式推出市場,物業總面積共約3,961方呎,意向呎價約3.3萬元。
