置富今年租金料雙位升幅

 副行政總裁趙宇昨表示,剛於上月初以58億元收購天水圍嘉湖銀座商場,料會增加分派息率,亦會進行資產增值,但因收購尚未完成,暫時不便評論,對於負債率會上升至34.5%,她稱,仍符合監管機構法定借貸水平,目前借貸息率仍低,預計到2015年才再有融資需要。

 趙宇又稱,由於旗下商場的內地客比例少,以服務區內居民為主,因此,內地經濟疲弱,對旗下商場的消費影響不大,旗下16個商場全年租金料有雙位數字升幅,下半年於置富第一城街市、馬鞍山廣場及麗城薈均進行資產增值,目標回報15%。
