置富今年租金料雙位升幅

　副行政總裁趙宇昨表示，剛於上月初以58億元收購天水圍嘉湖銀座商場，料會增加分派息率，亦會進行資產增值，但因收購尚未完成，暫時不便評論，對於負債率會上升至34.5%，她稱，仍符合監管機構法定借貸水平，目前借貸息率仍低，預計到2015年才再有融資需要。

　趙宇又稱，由於旗下商場的內地客比例少，以服務區內居民為主，因此，內地經濟疲弱，對旗下商場的消費影響不大，旗下16個商場全年租金料有雙位數字升幅，下半年於置富第一城街市、馬鞍山廣場及麗城薈均進行資產增值，目標回報15%。
