　置安心即將接受公眾申請，吸引市場目光之餘，連帶青衣區細價樓市場亦備受帶動，睇樓客量及交投均明顯增加。美聯物業何勇方表示，由於綠悠雅苑平均實用面積呎價逾6,000元，加上2015年入伙及計劃有轉售限制，故驅使部分買家轉戰該區細價屋苑及居屋市場，預料周末睇樓量將較上周升2成。

區內居屋公屋連錄成交

　何勇方稱，該行日前促成一宗青衣居屋青雅苑A座低層12室成交，單位面積643方呎，兩房間隔，享全海景觀，成交價333萬元，折合呎價5,179元。買家為一名同區用家，原業主於2005年12月以135萬元購入上述物業，是次轉售賬面賺約198萬元，物業升值約147%。

　美聯物業曾偉明表示，置安心效應令該區樓市頓成市場焦點，而氣氛帶動下，不少用家對該區之綠表及白表市場興趣大增，有關成交個案亦有上升趨勢。該行日前促成一宗青衣公屋成交，剛成交的青衣邨單位為宜逸樓中層11室，實用面積485呎，以133.8萬元綠表價成交，折合實用面積呎價2,756元。買家為一名外區公屋住客，家人皆居於青衣邨，故決定購入作上車之用。原業主於2002年1月於綠表市場以22.33萬元購入上述物業，是次轉售賬面賺111.47萬元。
