長實地產投資董事郭子威表示，該批睇樓團客源主要來自廣州及深圳，而公司特別安排4名操流利普通話的人員講解付款辦法，包括7%從價印花?及8.5%買家印花?，而10月7日後將考慮調整優惠。郭氏續指，有信心星海譽於期內促成成交，並預期內地買家佔比達一成。

對於美國加息步伐仍未明朗，郭子威直言，環球經濟不容許美國加息，相信年底前不可能加息。
