　香港文匯報訊（記者周穎）中原(工商舖)工商部助理營業董事謝惠文表示，紅磡民裕街32至40號榮業大廈地下D室於最近一年內三度轉手，該地廠面積3,406平方呎，最近以3,000萬元成交，呎價8,808元。原業主於去年8月以2,098萬元購入，持貨約8個月，獲利902萬元，物業升值43%。資料顯示，上述地廠亦曾於去年4月易手，成交價約1,758萬元，1年間升值近71%。
