世紀21奇豐物業粉嶺區區域經理陳偉康表示，該行新近促成粉嶺華明邨成交，單位為富明樓高層14室，實用面積376平方呎，2房間隔，座向東面望內園景觀，單位原開價$375萬，終獲區內上車客以$330萬(自由市場價) 承接，實用面積平均呎價$8,777。

據了解，原業主於2012年4月購入上址，當時作價$144.8萬(已補地價)，持貨10年至今轉售，賬面獲利$185.2萬，單位期內升值近1.3倍。
