粉嶺華明邨2房$330萬獲承接

世紀21奇豐物業粉嶺區區域經理陳偉康表示,該行新近促成粉嶺華明邨成交,單位為富明樓高層14室,實用面積376平方呎,2房間隔,座向東面望內園景觀,單位原開價$375萬,終獲區內上車客以$330萬(自由市場價) 承接,實用面積平均呎價$8,777。

據了解,原業主於2012年4月購入上址,當時作價$144.8萬(已補地價),持貨10年至今轉售,賬面獲利$185.2萬,單位期內升值近1.3倍。
