中原蔡天賜指，新買家為上車客，見單位間隔合用，價錢合理，即決定入市單位作自住之用。據了解，原業主則於2005年以約$82萬購入上址，持貨約19年，是次轉手賬面獲利約$248萬離場，單位期內升值302%。
