粉嶺名都2房獲區內買家以$426萬承接 單位期內升值1.5倍

世紀21奇豐粉嶺區分行經理周晉廷表示,該行新近促成粉嶺名都嘉蘭閣(3座) 高層C室,實用面積376平方呎,2房間隔,望開揚山景。單位放盤4個月,原叫價$468萬,獲區內買家洽購,以$426萬承接,實用面積平均呎價$11,330。

周晉廷續指,新買家為區內分支家庭,見上述單位屬高層,開揚景觀連室內企理裝修,可即買即住,所以決定入市。原業主於1998年7月購入上址,當時作價$169.74萬,持貨26年至今出售,賬面獲利$256.26萬,單位期內升值1.5倍。
