世紀21奇豐粉嶺區分行經理周晉廷表示，該行新近促成粉嶺名都嘉蘭閣(3座) 高層C室，實用面積376平方呎，2房間隔，望開揚山景。單位放盤4個月，原叫價$468萬，獲區內買家洽購，以$426萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$11,330。

周晉廷續指，新買家為區內分支家庭，見上述單位屬高層，開揚景觀連室內企理裝修，可即買即住，所以決定入市。原業主於1998年7月購入上址，當時作價$169.74萬，持貨26年至今出售，賬面獲利$256.26萬，單位期內升值1.5倍。
