筲箕灣Island Residence 連減兩口$545萬成交

美聯物業上東-嘉亨灣分行(2)高級區域經理佘錦驊表示，該行剛促成筲箕灣Island Residence中層B室成交，實用面積238平方呎，開放式間隔，原業主年初時開價$590萬，至5月份調整叫價至約$560萬，最終減價至$545萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約為$22,899。

據悉，原業主於2016年10月以約$458.3萬購入上述物業，物業轉手獲利約$86.7萬，升值約19%。
