美聯物業嘉兆臺分行聯席區域經理黃旭鈞表示，該行剛促成西半山西摩道福澤花園一個B座高層3室單位，實用面積約為721平方呎，建築面積約為885平方呎，為三房間格，議價後以$1,232萬成交，折合實用呎價約$17,087，建築呎價約為$13,921。

原業主於2018年4月以約$1,435萬購入上述物業，是次轉手帳面蝕讓約$203萬。
