磁帶大王1600萬購葵涌地舖

香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）一線零售區市場淡靜，投資者紛紛轉投民生區入市。磁帶大王陳秉志夥拍羅珠雄及蔡志忠繼早前買入友成大樓一籃子地舖後，剛斥資近1,600多萬元購入葵涌嘉寶大廈地舖。萊斯物業營業董事唐俊龍表示，葵涌區商廈項目陸續落成，該區物業投資購買力日漸加強。市場消息指，葵涌青山公路499號嘉寶大廈地下A、B1及K舖，面積合共2,121平方呎，成交價接近1,600多萬元，由磁帶大王陳秉志夥拍羅珠雄及蔡志忠購入。該舖位現時狀況為交吉，如以附近租務成交估計，該舖位租金淨值約8萬元至10萬元，預料租金回報達6厘。
