　，訂立出售物業協議，以代價2.38億元，出售位於尖沙咀科學館道9號新東海商業中心地舖及地庫一樓，總面積為2.7萬方呎，物業現時為該集團展覽廳及辦公室。該集團預期出售溢利為1.128億元，將撥作營運金。雙方將於本月底前訂立正式協議。該股昨日表現造好，收報1.77元，升2.31%。
