興表示，斥資1,588萬元連購新蒲崗兩間舖位作長線持有，主要因為新蒲崗舖位仍低水，且兩間舖的大廈樓齡都超過50年，好大機會中長線會有財團收購。
他指出，其中一間舖位於新蒲崗錦榮街26號萬義大廈地下1(A)號舖，建築面積200呎，租客泰式串燒店，租金12,000元，以438萬買入，回報3.3%。原業主是2008年4月以160萬買入。此舖大廈樓齡55年，可以博收購。
另一間位於新蒲崗爵祿街116至118號裕富大廈地下1B舖，建築面積250呎，租客丸茶手作珍珠奶茶店，以1,150萬元買入，租金22,800元，回報2.4%。原業主是2010年11月以300萬元買入。此舖大廈樓齡56年，也可以博收購。
