盛滙基金560萬購九龍城舖

香港文匯報訊(記者 梁悅琴)繼早前以1,130萬元購入尖沙咀山林道9至11號卓能中心地下B舖位後,盛滙基金再以560萬元買入九龍城賈炳道67號B1-3號舖,面積約200方呎。舖位原本叫價980萬元,經過兩星期「鋤價」後,最後減價至560萬元售出。現時舖位分別以月租4,300元及10,400元租予菜檔及Western Union找換店,兩方合共租金14,700元,租金回報率3.2厘。

盛滙商舖基金創辦人及行政總裁李根興表示,21呎門面大單邊的細碼舖在市區十分難求,而且該舖可能是在市區較優越地區中,將來啟德項目的發展會帶旺整個九龍城區。盛滙基金打算中長線持有細碼舖,特別是民生及啟德前景區,日後市況回穩時較易出售。
