段仍備受城中名流青睞。據土地註冊處資料顯示，赤柱富豪海灣B型雙號屋本月初以7,000萬元易主，登記買家為蔡一鳳(CHUA EH FONG)及蔡一龍(CHUA EH LUNG)，與亞視前執行董事盛品儒的太太、墨爾本皇冠(澳門區)賭場副總裁及銳思集團主席蔡一鳳，以及銳思集團董事蔡一龍中英文姓名相同。

原業主於2009年以近6,339萬元買入單位，持貨近6年，物業期內僅升值約10.4%，料扣除使費後僅微賺離場。

威都閣老業主沽貨賺11倍

其他豪宅成交延續，利嘉閣張嘉年指出，西半山威都閣中層B室易主，面積2,320方呎，作價5,638萬元成交，折合呎價24,306元。原業主早於1982年以一手價450.9萬元購入物業。

中原區國良表示，北角威景臺C座高層6室，面積700方呎，原業主叫價1,320萬元，見近日股市下滑便願意減近4%以1,268萬元將單位連車位易手，折合呎價18,114元。原業主於2007年以475萬元買入單位。
