的士招豪宅貨拍賣前收回

 香港文匯報訊 (記者 顏倫樂) 樓市吹淡風,拍賣場上亦交投慘淡,昨日環亞拍賣行推出21項物業,只得1項住宅物業以162萬元售出,同場超過2億元的豪宅物業,全部未到價或未獲承價下收回,拍賣師直指近期拍賣場交投淡靜情況,差過2003年「沙士」。

 該行拍賣董事曾傑俊對昨日的成績直言「好意外」,並指現時業主不願減價,加上市場購買力減弱,個別物業拍賣前反應雖理想,但拍賣場上則差強人意。而同場「的士招」總值1.408億元的豪宅遺產,包括愛都大廈、碧瑤灣單位等,更因反應欠理想而被迫在拍賣前收回。

拍賣行:淡況差過沙士

 除此之外,曾傑俊表示,昨日由銀主推出的灣仔尚翹峰2座高層單位,拍賣前反應理想,但於拍賣場上僅承3口價,最後未到價下被收回;另一項問盤較多的大角咀柏景灣複式戶,更在未承價下被收回,反應可謂相當差。他更將最近數月的交投情況與當年的「沙士」時候比較,指相差無幾。
