除此之外,曾傑俊表示,昨日由銀主推出的灣仔尚翹峰2座高層單位,拍賣前反應理想,但於拍賣場上僅承3口價,最後未到價下被收回;另一項問盤較多的大角咀柏景灣複式戶,更在未承價下被收回,反應可謂相當差。他更將最近數月的交投情況與當年的「沙士」時候比較,指相差無幾。
