　香港文匯報訊　(記者顏倫樂) 樓市吹淡風，拍賣場上亦交投慘淡，昨日環亞拍賣行推出21項物業，只得1項住宅物業以162萬元售出，同場超過2億元的豪宅物業，全部未到價或未獲承價下收回，拍賣師直指近期拍賣場交投淡靜情況，差過2003年「沙士」。

　該行拍賣董事曾傑俊對昨日的成績直言「好意外」，並指現時業主不願減價，加上市場購買力減弱，個別物業拍賣前反應雖理想，但拍賣場上則差強人意。而同場「的士招」總值1.408億元的豪宅遺產，包括愛都大廈、碧瑤灣單位等，更因反應欠理想而被迫在拍賣前收回。

拍賣行：淡況差過沙士

　除此之外，曾傑俊表示，昨日由銀主推出的灣仔尚翹峰2座高層單位，拍賣前反應理想，但於拍賣場上僅承3口價，最後未到價下被收回；另一項問盤較多的大角咀柏景灣複式戶，更在未承價下被收回，反應可謂相當差。他更將最近數月的交投情況與當年的「沙士」時候比較，指相差無幾。
