百樂商場賣蚊型舖 316萬起

　香港文匯報訊　(記者周穎) 拆售潮未退，市場消息指出，由投資者尹柏權推出尖沙咀百樂商場1樓舖位，業主將之拆為約230個細舖位，據市場流傳價單顯示，個別舖位面積由42方呎至108方呎，呎價5.45萬至6.2萬元，參考售價介乎316萬至669萬元。為吸引買家入場，推出首兩年租金回報保證5厘優惠。市傳，已經有不少買家透過代理預留，而且大部分舖位已經獲預留。

　資料顯示，尹柏權斥資19.8億元向投資者羅家寶購入尖沙咀百樂酒店商場部分，日前已經沽出大部分地舖，市場反應相當理想。

元朗宏豐大廈地舖叫8300萬

　另外，美聯旺舖何漢明表示，元朗阜財街2至20A號宏豐大廈地下11號舖放售，涉約780平方呎，業主意向金額約8,300萬，呎價約10.6萬，連同4組食肆租約一併交易，由於租約於早年簽訂，仍有可觀升幅空間，屆時業主將穩收接近3厘租金回報。
