徐家倫指出，新租客為2名內地女學生，新學年將於中大就讀，見屋苑環境舒適、單位質素高、價錢合理，即以先付一年租金方式承租單位自用，方便上學。據了解，業主於2023年以約$736萬購入單位，是次租出可享約3厘租金回報。
