　歐氏又指，興偉中心臨海而建，受惠南港島線及未來黃竹坑區發展，該廈極高層全層單位，樓面面積約佔2.89萬平方呎，辣招後以約1億元沽出；另一高層全層單位，建築面積約2.73萬平方呎，業主現擬推出市場，意向價約1.2億元。
