田灣興偉中心高層相連戶1050萬沽

 香港文匯報訊  南區挾濃厚鐵路概念,加上黃竹坑區變天在即,區內工商物業潛力被看好。交投活躍的田灣興偉中心繼早前錄得億元大手成交後,該廈高層相連單位獲外區用家斥資約1,050萬元承接。中原(工商舖)歐嘉麗表示,促成的田灣興偉中心高層09及10號室,總建築面積約2,540平方呎,成交價約1,050萬元,折合平均呎價約4,134元,物業以交吉形式交易。買家為室內設計公司,因原租用北角區物業租約屆滿,加上看好南港島線物業價值,無懼支付雙倍印花稅決定入市。

 歐氏又指,興偉中心臨海而建,受惠南港島線及未來黃竹坑區發展,該廈極高層全層單位,樓面面積約佔2.89萬平方呎,辣招後以約1億元沽出;另一高層全層單位,建築面積約2.73萬平方呎,業主現擬推出市場,意向價約1.2億元。
