　香港文匯報訊（記者周穎）現代教育（1082）表示，集團合共斥3,680萬元向群盛發展分別購入旗下位於旺角信和中心的10樓1001至1003室及旺角中心一期13樓1303室，分別作價1,750萬及1,930萬元，其中後者將由原業主售後租回。公司董事認為，收購事項為集團多元化其投資組合及增加集團的收入來源的良機，兩項物業亦具有長線升值潛力。另外，必要時有關物業可能用作集團的銷售團隊的分支辦公室及或視聽部門。
