　香港文匯報訊　(記者周穎)　投資者「物流張」繼續出手，新近斥資7,000萬購入赤柱一籃子商舖。

　中原工商舖高級營業董事鍾浩文表示，交易涉及香港赤柱大街52-56號地下A舖（建築面積630呎）、B舖（建築面積710呎）、地下高層（建築面積2,900呎）及一樓C單位（建築面積330呎連300呎平台），現時每月租金收入分別為7.5萬元、7.5萬元、14.5萬元及5,000元。

葵涌逾萬呎地廠放售

　另一邊廂，有感市場對地廠需求大增，有業主趁勢出售位於葵涌和豐工業中心逾萬呎地廠，物業連租約出售，意向呎價約3,600元，售價約4,565萬元。

　獲委託為獨家代理的中原(工商舖)工商部，該行助理營業董事廖小燕表示，地廠位於葵涌和豐工業中心地下1至2號室，建築面積12,681呎，現由地產代理及汽車維修公司承租，月租收入約12萬元，回報率逾3厘。業主於2007年購入上址後，一直持有作長線投資用途。

　廖氏指出，受惠活化工廈政策，區內不少工廈透過改裝或重建，將物業改建為酒店用途，如同珍醬油廠現址、中央工業大廈等。
