另外，The Austin第1座之T1的25樓及26樓複式B室，以1.17655億元成交，實用面積3,226方呎，實用呎價36,471元，買家為鍾進財(CHUNG CHUN CHOI)及黎月鳳(LAI YUET FUNG)。事實上，兩人多次投資物業，包括2012年斥資6,428萬購入旺角豉油街15號萬利商業大廈地下1號舖，及於2009年以7,480萬元購入西貢飛鵝山莊雙號屋。
