吳嘉權指，新買家為同區客，心儀屋苑位置方便、間隔合用且價錢合理，遂決定買入單位自用。
資料顯示，原業主於2015年以$473萬購入上述單位，持貨約11年，是次轉手帳面獲利$125萬，單位期內升值約26.4%。
