此外，美聯工商王浩賢表示，該行剛獲委託代理荃灣海盛路TML廣場一個高層單位放售。單位面積約1,765方呎，意向價約830萬元，折算平均呎價約4,700元，屬相當優惠價格。近月同廈一宗山景戶成交再創新高，成交呎價約5,093元。TML廣場於2013年落成，屬區內樓齡較輕的新型工廈之一。
