洋房成交創五個月新高

　香港文匯報訊　中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇指出，8月整體洋房(包括一手及二手)買賣合約登記錄得44宗，總值24.31億元，較7月的30宗及4.99億元大幅上升46.7%及3.9倍。雖然二手洋房市道持續淡靜，但受到沙田雍雅山的一手登記刺激，以致整體洋房買賣錄得上揚。8月宗數是創今年3月59宗後的五個月新高，而金額是創去年10月26.48億元後的十個月新高。

　一手方面，期內買賣合約登記錄得21宗，總值19.47億元，由7月零登記顯著反彈，全數來自沙田雍雅山內部轉讓登記。二手方面，合約登記錄得23宗，總值4.83億元，較7月分別下跌23.3%及3.2%，創三個月新低。期內，登記金額最高的是雍雅山15號洋房，成交價錄1.46億元。其次是九龍塘施他佛道27號，成交價錄1.40億元。雍雅山8號洋房成交價錄1.34億元，排名第三位。
