洋房今季買賣增近2倍

 香港文匯報訊 本港今年首季洋房買賣向好,當中西半山寶珊道24號的18.97億元成交個案,金額更創下歷年單一洋房新高。3月整體洋房(包括一手及二手)買賣合約登記錄得329宗,總值72.69億元,較2月的43宗及34.05億元上升6.7倍及1.1倍。其中,當月金額最高的洋房登記是薄扶林貝沙灣3期貝沙徑17號洋房,成交價1.60億元。

 至於按季方面,今季本港洋房買賣合約登記錄得401宗,總值122.73億元,較去年第四季分別各上升1.9倍。登記數字是創2011年第二季472宗及155.72億元後的三個季度新高。其間,一手洋房買賣合約登記首季錄得257宗,總值66.05億元,按季上升7.3倍及2.7倍;二手洋房買賣合約登記錄得144宗,總值56.68億元,按季上升32.1%及1.3倍。

季內12宗億元買賣登記

 總結首季,全港錄得12宗一億元以上的洋房買賣登記,當中西半山寶珊道24號金額最高,成交價18.97億元,金額創下歷年單一洋房新高。次高是渣甸山谷柏道19號,成交價錄4.68億元。南區香島道33號5號洋房,成交價錄3.0億元,排名第三位。
