銷售及市務總監鍾志霖昨日表示，與萬泰合作發展的沙田九肚山澐灃已獲批滿意紙，最快兩個月內開放示範單位，料年底前推售，價錢除參考同區同系澐灃外，還會參考港九豪宅。

價錢參考港九豪宅

澐灃位於麗坪路68號，總樓面逾32萬呎，由洋房及低密度分層住宅組成，共設158個單位，其中68幢洋房面積1,635方呎至5,129方呎，90伙低密度分層戶面積由544方呎至2,306方呎，包括一至四房。

他指，系內同區的澐瀚自今年4月推售至今累售15伙，套現9億元，每伙平均售價達6,100萬元。

近期樓市氣氛轉差，他依然看好豪宅市場，因為未來豪宅的供應不多，如昨日截標的山頂文輝道豪宅地，便有多間實力雄厚的發展商入標競投，反映他們都看好豪宅市場。鍾志霖又稱，集團曾經考慮競投，但因該地皮涉資巨大，最終沒有入標。
