世紀21奇豐物業沙田區營業董事莊振耀表示，該行新近錄得沙田名家匯2座高層C室，實用面積1,066平方呎，屬3房間隔，座向南面望山景。單位放盤1年，叫價$1,580萬，終以$1,230萬沽出，減價$350萬，減幅22.2%，實用面積平均呎價$11,538。

據了解，原業主於2011年8月以$1,424萬購入上址，持貨13年至今沽售，賬面虧蝕$194萬，單位期內跌14%。
